Eyeglasses guarantee
In accordance with the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus (GOSSTANDART) 51193-99 the manufacturer guarantees reliable connection of lenses with a frame during 6 months since the day of a purchase provided that a customer uses the glasses in accordance with the following instructions:
1. Take off and on the glasses with the help of two hands.
2. The eyeglasses should be kept in a hard eyeglasses case.
3. Lenses of your eyeglasses should be wiped only with a special soft cloth (preferably with a microfiber cloth).
4. You mustn’t use paper napkins or rough tissues.
5. You mustn’t put your eyeglasses face down on a flat surface.
6. Keep your eyeglasses from mechanical force.
In case of breaking the instructions of using your eyeglasses and having some damage caused by natural wearing out, careless usage or self-repairing, the store doesn’t claim responsibility for it.
Mechanical damage of frames and broken scratched lenses can’t be a reason for making a claim against a manufacturer of the eyeglasses.
Sunglasses guarantee
Guarantee is applied to manufacturing defects of an item, which can’t be visually observed while purchasing it in case of having an original receipt or a document certifying it.
We provide guarantee for sunglasses, produced in Italy, during 24 months and during 6 months for sunglasses, produced by other manufacturers, since the day of a purchase provided that a customer uses the sunglasses in accordance with the following instructions:
1. The eyeglasses should be kept in a hard sunglasses case.
2. Take off and on the sunglasses with the help of two hands.
3. Don’t put sunglasses on top of your head when not in use, you could stretch them out over time.
4. Lenses of your sunglasses should be wiped only with a special soft cloth (preferably with a microfiber cloth).
5. You mustn’t use paper napkins or rough tissues.
6. You should clean your sunglasses under a gentle stream of lukewarm tap water with a lotion-free soap solution or special cleaning solution for lenses.
7. You mustn’t use acetone or other active lotions.
8. You mustn’t put your eyeglasses face down on a flat surface.
9. Avoid extreme temperatures (more than 60-80°C) which can damage frames and lenses. Take care! Leaving your sunglasses close to open fire, on the dashboard of your car in sunny weather the heat can be more than 60°C.
10. Keep your sunglasses from mechanical force.
Guarantee is not applied to the following:
• the usage of an item for other purposes breaking the demands of the instructions on its usage, and in case of carless usage or storage;
• the action of irresistible force (fire, an accident and others);
• any mechanical damage of an item (stroke, falling down, force pressure);
• maintenance made by yourself or other organizations;
• additional items and accessories (a case, a cover, a napkin, a chain etc.);
Guarantee is not applied to the scratched lenses of sunglasses after a purchase. If you haven’t found any scratches on lenses while purchasing, further the scratches on lenses are not viewed as a guarantee case and they are classified as a mechanical damage occurred while using the glasses.
